Job Description

  • Assist with a variety of maintenance duties, including fleet management, rubbish removal, pool cleaning, and building cleaning.

  • Perform grounds and garden works, including lawn spraying and pressure cleaning.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure the physical environment remains safe and well-maintained.

  • Document and report on maintenance tasks using our FIX system.

  • Assist Maintenance staff as needed, and help with bus driving if licensed.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a maintenance role (ideally in aged care or retirement living).

  • Current First Aid Certificate, Police Check, and valid Driver’s License.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Understanding of WHS requirements and a commitment to safety and risk management.
